For more than thirty years, Mekhong Thai has been more than a restaurant — it has been our family’s way of sharing Thai food, building community, and carrying our heritage forward in Maine. Since 1995, our family has served generations of locals, seasonal visitors, and returning guests with the kind of Thai cooking that takes time, care, and practiced hands: sauces made in house, broths simmered with patience, fresh ingredients prepared daily, and dishes built around balance, comfort, and tradition. What began as one family’s American dream has grown into a lasting part of Maine’s Thai restaurant community — and we are proud to welcome every guest into that story.
